Santa Rosa City Schools is a public K-12 school district located in California. It is the largest school district in Sonoma County, located about an hour north of San Francisco. Syserco Energy Solutions assisted the district in applying for Pacific Gas & Electric’s On-Bill Financing program and facilitated the on-bill financing loan process. We were able to secure the funding necessary to help the school district address its infrastructure and energy efficiency needs.

This $8.9 million project included district-wide LED lighting retrofits, installation of 28,358 lights, plus replacement of old, inefficient HVAC units at two of the district’s elementary school sites, HVAC assessment and repairs, CO₂ sensor installation, commissioning and non-compliant water fixture upgrades, and installation of 4.5 MW of solar arrays at 20 locations across the district.
